Chief Product Officer, Pepe Jeans

Paola Maestro joined AWWG in 2022 as a Chief Product Officer (CPO) for Pepe Jeans. She is responsible for leading & facilitating the creation of a strong collection with products that deliver a value proposition to both customers and the business. Design, product development, and total production are under her strategic vision and leadership.

Paola is working closely with our different global teams and our licensee partners to enhance our brand DNA to deliver a cohesive brand message.

She has a great track record of leading 360 product teams, from a brand vision to strategic consumer sensitivity, along with a strong design knowledge & product background. She has over 20 years of strong global experience in brands such as McGregor & Tommy Hilfiger.

Paola is a Graphic Design and Computer Programming graduate and holds a master’s degree in Visual Design and Communication from Scuola Politecnica di Design, Milan.
