Chief Retail Officer, Pepe Jeans
Johan Vercammen is Chief Retail Officer for Pepe Jeans, a position he assumed in 2026 after joining AWWG in 2023 as Vice President of Retail for Pepe Jeans. He oversees all aspects of our retail stores, develops and implements strategic initiatives, enhances customer experiences, optimises sales strategies, drives growth within the retail sector, and collaborates closely with other departments to achieve our collective goals and objectives.
Johan is working closely with the Pepe Jeans Retail team under his leadership, reporting directly to him.
With over 25 years of retail experience, Johan has extensive international retail experience, strong product knowledge, and a proven track record as a team leader in the retail industry, including companies such as Kontoor Brands, VF Corporation, and Concept Fashion Store.
Johan earned a degree in Business Management and Marketing at Acebe in Antwerp, Belgium, International Communication and Media at HHTI in Mechelen, Belgium and Retail Leadership at the Vlerick Business School in Brussels, Belgium.
