Francisco joined AWWG in 2025 as Vice President of E-Commerce, responsible for overseeing the company’s online retail operations, ensuring profitability and maintaining the seamless performance of the e-commerce business.

With over 15 years of international experience in digital strategy and retail leadership within the fashion industry, Francisco has held key leadership roles at globally recognized brands such as Clarks, New Balance, Puma and Adidas. His extensive expertise positions him as a driving force behind AWWG’s commitment to operational excellence, revenue growth, and boundless market expansion.

Francisco began his academic career by undertaking a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Distribution Management from ESCE/IPS in Setubal/Portugal, he further advanced his education with a Postgraduate Degree in Agile Project and Business Management from ISCTE Executive Education in Lisbon and is currently finalizing a Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management also from ESCE/IPS in Portugal.
