Chief Human Resources Officer

Carlos is the Chief Human Resources Officer at AWWG. He is responsible for employee life cycle and experience, implementing worldwide practices to support the continuous development of our workforce and business transformation. He is also responsible for leading the ESG and Corporate Communication departments at AWWG.

Carlos has over 20 years of experience in human resources in different industries, such as technology, mass media, and retail, as well as in companies such as Decathlon, Microsoft, and LG Electronics.

He has an international background, having led multiple HR teams for different countries and continents, where he has acquired a thorough knowledge of all HR areas and extended project management skills.

He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from ESIC Business School, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, where he graduated with honours.
